How early should I book an event?

It’s never too early to plan an event, each event is special and will require careful planning. Most events start the discussion with their vendors 3-6months prior to the event. Depending on the season, additional time may be required and you also need to consider that bookings are subject to availability.

Do you deliver?

We deliver and set up our props, we pride ourselves on the quality of our props and we want all clients to have the same experience. We collect at the end of your event at your scheduled time of pick up.

How does the refundable Bond fee work?

To ensure our props are maintained at a high quality standard with each booking we take a $200 refundable bond fee. Our clients are required to transfer the bond and provide us with their banking details for refund. If our props are maintained in the same condition provided to our clients a full refund is given of the bond fee post the assurance check after collection. If any damages occur based on the cost of repair if possible we will deduct from the bond fee, otherwise we may need to recover further monies to replace the item.

Do you take appointments?

We take appointments on Thursday evening from 6pm, please contact us to schedule it in for any viewings and mock set ups.

What’s your policy on cancellation?

Our Policy for any cancellation made 6 weeks prior to your event is fully refunded, as we secure props for your booking. If you book less than 6 weeks prior to your event and you cancel you forfeit your deposit or can request a credit note towards any future booking.

Due to Government restrictions and lockdown regulations during the pandemic, if your event is affected and needs to be postponed we will work with you to reschedule your event date for the items hired. Otherwise you have the option to receive a credit note to use towards any future event that is valid until July 2023. Terms & Conditions apply, and is subject to availability.

How much deposit is required?

Our invoices are valid for a week from the date issued, and a minimum deposit of 30% of your prop hire applies (excudes delivery fee).

Do you have public liability?

Yes we do have public liability insurance, we take our business seriously, and we do not compromise or take risks on the safety of our clients.
